Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Please email us at littleboxandtoys@gmail.com or Whatsapp us in +91-7902305739 with your order details for cancellation.
• For cancelled orders, we provide store credit that can be used for future purchases.

Transit Damage

• Opening Video is Must - Please record an uncut opening video of the parcel and show the item clearly. If found damaged, we will replace it immediately. Without an opening video, we will be unable to assist you in any situation.

Refund Policy

• Eligibility: Refunds are eligible for items returned in their original condition, unopened and unused, within 7 days of delivery.
• Process:
1. Submit a Refund Request: Contact us at littleboxandtoys@gmail.com or on Whatsapp +91-7902305739 within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Return the Product: Once your refund request is approved, return the product to the provided address.
3. Inspection: After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.
4. Refund Timeline: If the item is in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
